Timesheeter uses one essential cookie for authentication:

• session_token - Used only when you log in to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not require consent under GDPR.

This cookie is set with SameSite=Strict and Secure flags for security, and is automatically cleared when you log out.

Local Storage

Timesheeter uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your timesheet data and preferences locally in your browser. This includes:

• Your timesheet entries
• Project and task settings
• User preferences
• Session token (as a backup to the cookie)

All data stored in localStorage remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.

No Tracking Cookies

We do not use any tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. We do not collect analytics or user behavior data. The only cookie we use is the essential authentication cookie mentioned above.

Third-Party Cookies

Timesheeter does not set any third-party cookies. Any cookies you may see are from your browser or other websites you visit.

Managing Storage

You can clear your localStorage at any time through your browser settings. This will remove all your timesheet data.
